Working on meridians, energy pathways which are connected with each organ’s energy and each organ associates with different emotion. It can be hands on or working on energy fields about 4 cm above physical body.
Checking and assessing each of the seven chakras is very important in my sessions to have a better understanding of one’s emotional state and mental state.
In combination with meridian assessment, I get a big picture of the person’s state of being.
Reiki is a healing energy force from the universe and it will be flowing through my body as it goes to the receiver’s body wherever it is necessary to go. The receiver may experience some sensations such as tingling or warmth in some areas of the body.
This is also known as energy tapping technique to release and transform old beliefs by simply tapping acupressure points on face and body.
It is excellent technique to alleviate pain, for fatigue, anxiety, addictions and phobias.
The meridian system
The ancient Chinese philosophy of energy is referred to as the meridian system. The meridians are channels that carry the qi around the body.
The meridian channels act like the circulatory system, which ensures that blood travels throughout your body. It is also like an “energy” blood stream.
There are 12 major organ meridians. If these are congested it can impede the energy flow, possibly resulting in pain or problems in the associated organ. It is useful way to detect imbalance in the organs well in advance of more chronic problems developing.
Tracing on those meridians energetically or working on those channels with some pressure by hands or even gently pressing on acupressure points (shiatsu massage) will help to bring an alignment back.
It is by definition, are energy centres within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions. We can commonly count 7 chakras positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.
Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency that is depicted through a specific chakra color, and governs specific functions.
